I was very pleased with the individual who was in charge of the pick-up and the delivery of the car. He was courteous and called to keep us posted on his arrival time at both ends of the transport.
The sales person I originally spoke with and the dispatcher were also good to work with. They returned calls and were always polite and able to answer my questions or get the information I needed.
My one frustration was due to my ignorance of the transport business and not understanding the way jobs were placed and the inability to really understand the timing of the whole process. I must admit the winter weather and unbelievable snow storms in the East and Midwest made it harder than normal to nail down an accurate pick up date.
Hopefully we will not need to transport a car again. However if we do I would consider using this company. The car arrived safely and in very good condition.
